Forget waking up with a hangover. On Sunday, 12 July, The Morning Drop community is taking over Roxy’s in South Melbourne to celebrate a whole year of early morning movement, incredible music, and unmatched vibes. It’s the perfect recipe to get your blood pumping, meet awesome people, and completely redefine what a "rave" looks like.
The Morning Lineup
This is going to be a full-on high-energy experience from start to finish. Here is how the morning is rolling out:
8:30 AM – Welcome & Check-in: Arrive, lock in your energy, and get ready.
8:50 AM – Breathwork: Ground yourself and prime your body for movement.
9:10 AM – Run/Walk: Hit the pavement at your own pace. All fitness levels are welcome here!
10:00 AM – Zumba: A quick, fun warm-up to transition into party mode.
10:15 AM – The Rave: A live DJ dropping heavy beats in a massive warehouse setting.
Hit the Recovery Station
After running your pace and dancing your heart out, you're going to need a recovery massage. Make sure to swing past the Recovery Station! I'll be there serving up express relief and keep you feeling your best for the rest of your Sunday.
