Elevating Your Recovery: Why I’m Adding Dry Needling This August

Precision is everything when it comes to getting your body moving at its best.

To give you a faster, deeper physical reset, I am officially expanding my toolkit this August with an advanced certification in Dry Needling.

What is Dry Needling?

While it uses ultra-thin acupuncture needles, dry needling is entirely rooted in modern Western neuromuscular science. It is the perfect complement to sports and remedial massage, focusing on specific trigger points to release deeper tension and pain instantly.

By targeting these hyper-irritable spots, it resets chronically locked muscles and restores blood flow faster than manual pressure alone.

What this means for your sessions

Starting this spring, you can integrate dry needling into your treatments to:

  • Rapidly release stubborn knots in the neck, shoulders, and hips.

  • Decompress tight muscle chains caused by long hours at a desk.

  • Accelerate recovery so you can get back to performing at your peak.

The goal isn’t to replace the hands-on tissue work you already get, it’s to supercharge it. Keep an eye out for booking updates in late August, and ask me how we can map it into your next session!
